Southbank Parklands Stage 2, Brisbane

This multi facetted project included the re-alignment of Grey Street, preparation of land for sale in parcels, completion of Parkland Landscaping including Arbour, 800 space underground Carpark and construction of the Goodwill Bridge.

Ken Brownjohn provided Cost Planning and Cost Management of the entire project, including Tender Document Preparation and Tender Review and progressive Forecasts of Final Cost.

The completed Parkland including its commercial components (eg: Land Sale, Retail and Carpark) are a commercial success. The Southbank Parklands Precinct is an invaluable asset for all to enjoy.
